If Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast, how can we evaluate Corporate Culture to Proactively manage Enterprise Risk?

Service Category: Business Health Checks

Client Type: A Public Benefit Entity operating to internationally regulated standards

Service: Our client requested a benchmarking of their reward management system. To ensure it will lead to improved productivity, they also asked for a “Health Check” and re-imagining of their business structure and corporate culture.

What we did: Using our advanced doctoral research into the evaluation of corporate culture and structure, we delivered insights to our client that both confirmed their expectations and provided surprising new information that was mission-critical. Our client applauded our Health Check and committed itself to timely measures to mitigate the risks.

FJP undertook a five-country reward study, targeting peer organisations nationally and in four other continental countries. We secured a representative response. Our research analysed conditions and earnings, standardising pay data across all respondents for reliable comparison. Our client accepted our recommendations for market competitiveness of pay and conditions of service.

Foresight created: Our Business Health Check provided early warning of structural and culture risks that could harm or reinforce our client’s global standing. We delivered reliable information of the market positioning of our client’s staff reward package and, using the Health Check, empowered it to choose a sustainable response.
